Sales and delivery

Partout ticket and order confirmation are always sent to the email address provided.

Responsibility for the party ticket passes to you as the consumer at the time you receive the ticket.

Once you have paid, the party ticket will always be sent to the email address provided. If you do not receive an email, you should first check whether our email has ended up in your junk email or promotions folder. If it is not there, you can contact us directly for help.

Awards

VAT

All prices at Fanø Strik are stated in DKK and include VAT. Exceptions are experiences which, based on their content and nature, are exempt from VAT in accordance with the rules of the VAT Act.

Price and printing errors

We reserve the right to cancel the order if there is a material and/or manifest error on our website, social media, newsletters and other mailings. We reserve the right to cancel the order.

Cancellation Policy

According to the “Act on Certain Consumer Contracts § 17 para. 2 cf. § 9 para. 2 (2a)”, the purchase of tickets is not covered by the right of withdrawal. This means that you cannot get a refund or exchange your tickets for another ticket type unless it is cancelled by Fanø Strik.

Tickets may not be used commercially for package sales, competitions, resales or the like unless the Association Fanø Strik has given permission to do so. Resale of tickets for more than face price + fee is illegal in Denmark unless authorised by the organiser.

Surcharges, ticket fees, administrative costs and any shipping costs are non-refundable.

The Promoter reserves the right to replace the ticket with the corresponding arrangement. Changes in repertoire or partial implementation of an event do not equate to a cancellation, so the money for this is generally not refunded.

Weather conditions

Safety and good conditions are top priority. Therefore, the weather can sometimes make it impossible to endure the experience. Should this happen, the experience manager will contact you so that you can find a new date together.

If experience managers choose to cancel

Of course, our experience managers do everything possible so that you can get out and experience. However, unforeseen events can happen, e.g. in case of illness, weather conditions and the like, where there is no choice but to cancel. Should this happen, you will be contacted by the responsible person by email.

If the experience manager chooses to cancel due to too few enrollees, scheduling errors or the like, the cancellation must be made no later than 5 days before the start of the experience. Regardless of when the cancellation takes place, alternative booking dates must be available and if this is not the case, you are entitled to a refund of the amount of your experience.

Security

Through our software provider Durable, we use SSL, and this means that your credit card information is processed encrypted.

If you pay by credit card, you are safe from misuse because you can refuse a payment through your bank. In addition, you have no deductible in the event that the credit card is misused in an online business that uses SSL. Fanø Strik uses SSL, which means that your credit card information is processed encrypted.

Liability & Insurance

It is the buyer's own responsibility to take out any insurance, the ticket provider does not offer this option and is not responsible.

Requirements upon arrival for the experience

Upon arrival for the experience, be sure to be able to document your booking via your ticket or booking confirmation. We need to have the ability to scan the barcode or we won't be able to hand out wristbands.

Personal information

  • We carry out the registration of your personal data in order to be able to deliver the goods to you.
  • The personal data will be registered with Fanø Strik and stored for five years, after which the data will be deleted.

When purchasing an experience at Fanø Strik, we need the following information:

Name.

  • Address.
  • Email address.
  • Phone number.

We carry out the registration of your personal data for the purpose of delivering the goods to you. We ask for your phone number in order to be able to provide you with a good service if something unpredictable happens when delivering your order confirmation, when shipping gift box or on the day of your experience.

The personal data is registered with Fanø Strik and stored for five years, after which the data is deleted. If you have made use of your experience in the meantime, we will delete most of your information 30 days after the experience or redemption of your experience certificate from the experience manager. We must keep your name and address for five years according to the Bookkeeping Act. When personal data is collected through our website, we ensure that it is always done by giving your explicit consent, so that you are informed about what information is being collected and why.

We do not store and transmit customer information encrypted. Information provided to Fanø Strik is not disclosed or sold, and we do not record any personal data. As a registered customer of Fanø Strik, you always have the right to object to the registration and you have the right to access what information is registered about you. You have these rights according to the Personal Data Act and inquiries in connection with this are addressed to Fanø Strik via e-mail.

Your rights

In connection with purchases, identity and transaction information is stored in accordance with the legislation in force at all times.

If your information is incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant, you have the right to have it corrected or deleted.

Cookies

Fanø Strik uses cookies with the aim of optimizing the website and making the visit easy for you. You can delete cookies from your computer at any time.

Log Statistics
